Shipping Policies
United States and Puerto Rico Shipments
- Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. There are some times when events beyond our control intervene; we will do our best to keep you updated.
- We ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico using UPS.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO's or P.O. Boxes.
- 2nd Day Air Shipping is $35/tapestry (on multiple tapestry orders, each ships in it's own box).
- We do not offer overnight shipping.
- Regardless of shipping method, there is an additional $10 charge for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Canadian Shipments
- Canadian orders are welcome!
- Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
- UPS Standard rates apply. Shipping costs may be calculated in the shopping cart before and during checkout.
- Shipping rate does not include any customs or brokerage fees assessed; customer is responsible for all such charges.
- Due to the nature of the product, tapestries ship in individual boxes (multi-tapestry orders).
Currency
All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars.
Sales Tax
We are based in North Carolina and are therefore required to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses within North Carolina. Shipping addresses outside of North Carolina are not charged sales tax.
Returns
We sell top quality, brand new tapestries; however, we know that there are times when you'll order something online and get it home only to find out that it simply won't work out. You can return our tapestries for any reason for a refund within 30 days of receipt. All returns carry a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA number written on the exterior of the shipping box. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your tapestry to obtain an RMA number.
- Returns received without an RMA number or in a condition that's clearly not new can be shipped back to the customer for the order's original shipping charge. When possible, we will refuse return shipments that do not display an RMA number on the exterior packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Returns must be in new condition with all accompanying materials and packing.
- All sales are final on Custom-made tapestries; returns are not accepted, no exceptions.
- We reserve the right to alter our Terms and Policies. All updates will occur here or within individual item descriptions.
Sizing
Being that our tapestries are woven, there's bound to be slight differences in sizes between batches. Expect there to be variations on dimensions of +/- 5%, if that.
